Danics Tyre and Auto Service Centre has gone from strength to strength over the years and the business has now entered a new stage with the opening of our new state-of-new-art workshop & showroom.

Our 3000 sq metre building has been designed to give motorist’s a one-stop shop for all their automotive requirements.

Along with a modern up-to-date workshop for all your automotive repairs, Danics now boast’s one of the largest wheel & tyre showrooms in the Illawarra area.

Danics History

Danics Tyre & Auto Service Centre was started back in 1973 by parents Milan & Kathy Danic. Emigrating from Croatia with next to nothing in their pockets, Milan & Kathy decided to do what they knew best and that was automotive repairs and tyres.

Milan & Kathy set-up shop originally in Ashfield Sydney Danics then relocated to the Illawarra region in 1987 with the opportunity of purchasing a parcel of land were the new & old workshops reside.

With determination and hardwork Danics grew in three stages from once smaller workshop (now known as Frankie’s Auto Electrics) to the larger workshop next door (now Tiger Putt Putt) to our present ultra modern new showroom.

Now enjoying semi-retirement, Milan & Kathy have placed the growing business into the capable hands of their sons & daughter Steven, Tom & Mary whom are all highly trained & professional business people within the automotive industry.
